Benoks is now going in a different direction than we originally planned. Our previous plans are currenty being put on hold, whilst we team up with Helms Software Developer, Adam Saunders.

That's right! We're going to be providing a whole new and exclusive business platform for small and big companies to use. More news will be available on this at a later date.

That's right the new project to be coming from the Benoks team. We had started this a while a go but didn't really do much. However, now we have started again and putting a lot of energy into this one. We hope that by the end of the summer we will be able to release a working version. We are also going to be setting up a site specifically for this project. This is where we hope to get the documentation up as well and hopefully get some people involved.

So stay tuned for more news.

Benoks to restart hosting

Since we closed in October, we've been working hard to sort out the previous issues with our service making it; safer, securer and more reliable. Finally, we're closing in on our goal of re-opening Benoks Hosting!

We're now extremely happy to announce that we will be re-opening our hosting services around February to March. During this time we'll be making several improvements to our website, to make it even easier for our visitors to use and access our website.

During this year, we'll be bringing out a few new applications which will start to shape the way Benoks works. These applications will be available to everyone this is our way of coming back into the industry!

We hope to see you visiting our website soon, and perhaps even become a customer!

End of Hosting

Due to a hacker 0ni we are having to close our hosting service because he deleted all the files. We have managed to get all the databases but that is it.

All our other services will continue however later on hosting will continue.

Forum change

Over the next week we shall be changing our forum software. Currently we use myBB which is quite frankly awful and too big for our current needs. Recent work has led us to BBPress, from the guys who created Wordpress!

This change will happen quite smoothly. Due to the current amount of posts, we will be starting fresh. Hopefully this time we can make the forum work.

We intend for it to be a community for hosting, webmasters and Benoks products/projects.

Bronze now has 1GB disk space, Silver has 2GB and Gold has an excellent 4GB!

Fixed package builder

Today we fixed a bug in the package builder. We kept recieving blank build requests. It now checks that you have supplied us with all information before posting it to us.

All of the tutorials you see are written by ourselves, although we hope to start adding user written tutorials shortly!

If you have a tutorial, we'd be happy to include it on our website for you!
